Mediterráneo Culinary CenterMediterráneo Culinary Center (MCC) is a VET school specialised in Cooking, Gastronomy, Dietetics and Nutrition, with more than 20 years of experience and a clear international vocation, recognised by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Valencian Community. The main activities undertaken in the centre are the training of students, experts and companies in the Hospitality, Gastronomic and Nutrition sector. The centre offers a wide range of educational programmes and official qualifications (from EQF level 3 to level 5, and EQF level 7) concerning Intermediate and Higher Education Vocational Training, and master’s degrees and postgraduate courses. MCC also issues diplomas, monographs, and certificates of professionalism.

Nieves VerdejoInternational Coordinator, with a bachelor’s degree in International Business, has more than 6 years of experience in managing European projects. She has been responsible for KA2 projects as project coordinator, and she has participated in other European programmes such as H2020 and COSME.

María GómezProject Manager, graduated in International Business and with a master's degree in International and European Studies, She has experience in the management of various European projects such as H2020, Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, Erasmus.

Alex SuchDirector of the Culinary Department, is an expert cook with more than 5 years’ experience as cooking VET trainer. He will work on the project results delivery and monitoring.
