​Lycée Jesse de Forest

The lycée was first a Latin school and later a Royal College, it is one of the oldest schools in the north of France.
Perfectly restructured with a view to aesthetics and functionality, it combines modernity and history to provide the community with a pleasant place to live, conducive to learning.
It prepares students for the general education baccalaureate or sciences and technologies of management and administration diploma and offers them a range of specialities and options that make the school so rich and unique.
It has also been a catering and hospitality school since 1978, offering a range of courses from CAP to BTS, including technological and vocational baccalaureates.
These recognised qualification courses require a high-quality boarding school that welcomes pupils and students from all over France. 
The reputation of the school, the distinctions it has achieved and the many competitions won by the students are all testament to the tradition of excellence, and motivation to build a path to success and personal fulfilment for all our students.

THE TEAM

Christelle Leroy

Enseña asignaturas de gestión a los alumnos de hostelería. A cargo de las relaciones internacionales y el programa Erasmus+ en el centro. Supervisa los numerosos proyectos, permitiendo a los alumnos, estudiantes y personal realizar movilidades en el extranjero. 

Christophe Dovergne

Christophe Dovergne, alias Chef Christophe, reparte su tiempo entre transmitir sus conocimientos,la elaboración de nuevos recetarios, ser un consultor de negocios, y proveer experiencia culinaria a profesionales del cátering y emprendedores en el ámbito de la agri-food.  También transmite su pasión en el extranjero participando en eventos culinarios por todo el mundo.

Laëtitia Bertaux

Profesora de inglés involucrada principalmente en las clases de historia y literatura.  Se encarga de las traducciones para el equipo de Erasmus+.

Benjamin Fourneaux

Especialista IT en el centro. Encargado del buen funcionamiento de los equipos informáticos para facilitar el aprendizaje de los alumnos y las distintas misiones del personal.
